As a Toronto native, I try and make an extra effort for Toronto girls. I went in for the TSI weekend. When I came home to Cleveland, we had two meetings to focus on the girls that I had met. At the first meeting, we asked a Rosh Yeshiva to join. We set up a number of dates but none of them led to engagements. At the second meeting my sister made this suggestion. I redt it. It took some time to get off the ground but once they met, bh it flowed beautifully. While every shidduch has layers and layers of hashgacha and siyata d’shmaya, the Yad Hashem that we witnessed in this shidduch was glaringly evident.
10k has inspired us to keep trying and not to give up!
