10K provided me tremendous inspiration in keeping the message of the chashivus and ability for all members of Klal Yisroel to think and suggest for others at the forefront of people’s minds.
10K’s message has caused me to daven: Hashem please help me make good shidduch suggestions.
10K’s message has encouraged me to network, to think of ideas – whether in the back of my mind or proactively with a pen and paper.
10K’s message has taught us that we are all in this together and we can be transcendent and selfless in our thinking.

In this engagement story:
On Chol Hamoed, when my son was home from yeshiva, I told my son what my close friend’s daughter was looking for. Since my son knows her father from shul for years, he thought about the father and the ‘criteria’ I told him about. He thought of each boy from his yeshiva and mentally tried it on for size for that family. He confidently gave me a name a number a few hours later and the talking points of the boy’s maalehs and why he saw it as a fit. I held off a few days with calling her and each day my son nudged me did you call yet? He really gets the credit for pushing this. At the Vort my husband and I marveled when meeting the boy and feeling that indeed this boy was like the young version of the girls father, like a long lost son!!
Be”H may this new couple build a bayis neeman beyisroel, a binyan adei ad, and may the neshamos of Yisroel A”H and Elisheva Basya A”H have an aliyah.
May we all be zocheh to think of each other and bring nachas to HKB”H always!
